Mango Peach Jam

- 1½ cups mango
- ½ cup peach
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Add mango, peach, and maple syrup to blender.
Blend on high speed until a smooth consistecy is reached.
Transfer fruit mixture from blender to a medium saucepan over medium high heat.
Stir frequently until mixture begins to bubble, then turn heat down to medium and stir constantly.
Continue to cook for around 10-15 minutes, until jam has thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool completely before storing.
Jam will thicken substantially while cooling down.
Fruit can be either fresh or frozen, but cooking time will be increased if using frozen fruit.
