Blueberry Chia Seed Jam

This blueberry chia seed jam is healthy, only four ingredients, and super easy to make! You’ll definely be done in less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add blueberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring together.
  • As fruit softens and mixture bubbles, use a potato masher (or fork) to break blueberries to desired consistency.
  • Stir in chia seeds, then turn heat down to medium.
  • Continue to stir and cook for around 5-7 minutes, until the jam has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool completely before storing.

Notes

Jam will thicken substantially while cooling down
