Blueberry Chia Seed Jam
This blueberry chia seed jam is healthy, only four ingredients, and super easy to make! You’ll definely be done in less than 15 minutes!

maple syrup

lemon juice

chia seeds
Instructions
Add blueberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring together.
As fruit softens and mixture bubbles, use a potato masher (or fork) to break blueberries to desired consistency.
Stir in chia seeds, then turn heat down to medium.
Continue to stir and cook for around 5-7 minutes, until the jam has thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool completely before storing.
Notes
Jam will thicken substantially while cooling down
